How do I post a job as a Job Poster?

Simply sign up, fill out your job details (crop type, required service, location, and deadline), and submit your listing. Your job will be visible to qualified providers immediately.

What happens after I post a job?

After posting, drone providers will review your job details and submit their bids. You can then negotiate and select the best provider for your needs.

Payment & Confirmation

How does the payment process work?

Your credit card is charged once you and a provider agree on a price. The funds are held in escrow and remain there until you confirm job completion.

What is the confirmation period?

After the job is completed, you have a 3-day confirmation period to inspect the work. Once you confirm, the funds (minus commission) are released to the provider.

How do I bid on a job?

After a job is posted, review its details and submit your bid with your proposed price. You can negotiate with the Job Poster until an agreement is reached.

Is there any fee to submit a bid?

No, there are no bidding fees. You only pay a commission on successful jobs.

What are the costs for Job Providers?

You pay a 10% commission on the agreed job amount once the job is completed successfully. We also offer additional discounts for high-value or frequent transactions, as well as short-term promotional campaigns.

What premium features can I access?

Premium features include featured listings, advanced analytics, enhanced profile promotion, and priority customer support. These features are available via subscription and are coming soon!

What happens if there is a dispute?

If there’s a disagreement over job completion or quality, our dedicated dispute resolution process allows both parties to escalate the issue. Our support team will mediate to reach a fair resolution.

Providers are encouraged to complete our verification process by submitting relevant documents, obtaining reviews from past jobs, and potentially undergoing on-site inspections. Verified providers receive a badge that boosts their profile credibility.
